If you’re not happy with your results, you need to acknowledge that your decision making likely sucks ass
I can trace back all of my worst outcomes to flaws in my decision making.
It wasn’t that I was making bad decisions on purpose. I was just choosing the best option I thought I had on the menu at the time.
That decision was ultimately influenced my the lenses of my life at the time.
We’re amazing filters of information, using our lenses as a means of filtering the information that conforms with our subconscious biases.
When you label yourself in a particular way, you reinforce these lenses. This in turn reaffirms your decision making process and the menu of options you’ll be served as a result.
It’s not because the options aren’t there. It’s because you’re blind to them.
Have you ever experienced a situation where you experienced a fundamental shift in mindset.
The breakthrough always seems to result in an abundance of opportunities that relate to that area.
Coincidence? Potentially.
However I’ve experienced it far too many times to believe that anymore.
Your affirmations keep you getting more of the same old outcomes.
These aren’t woo woo statements you recite in the mirror. These are your truths you reinforce without even thinking.
I’m not a money person
I don’t have time
I’m not in a place to think about that right now
I can’t do that
What if the opposite were true?
I’ve spent my life proving my truths to myself wrong.
A shift in believe creates a shift in focus.
A shift in focus creates a shift in direction.
A shift in direction creates a shift in thinking.
A shift in thinking creates a shift in decisions.
Neuroplasticity is real and focusing energy and attention in the places you’re weakest can often yield the greatest returns.
